Once again, I’m taking my regular cast recap that I place in the forums and putting it onto the front page for all of you folks to see. Now how exciting is that? I know…you are raising your hands in the air in celebration as you read this very sentence. Hell, I know I was! So, are ready for the fun that is the MvG Recap? Well, it doesn’t matter if you are ready or not, cause here I come!

MANvsGAME Cast Recap (8/16/2010) — Mario Strikers Charged

“First Fail, First Success” – View Highlight Here

In Man’s first ever game of Mario Strikers, he gets to have the full range of emotions — from total fail in the first few moments to his first piece of success in the next moment. It’s the full array of emotions — all in this bite sized, one minute highlight. Enjoy.

“Decider on Rookie” – View Highlight Here

Man, who had a bit of difficulty in his first match, takes the difficulty down a notch and finds himself in quite the tight matchup. With the best of 3 series tied at a game a piece, Man puts his best foot forward in the tiebreaker game. Was he able to pull off his first series win? Find out for yourself in this full 5 minute game.

“MAN vs Gameface – Strikers Edition” – View Highlight Here

So here begins the online portion of the cast, where Man takes on the cast and puts his new skills to the test. His first opponent is none other than MvG Viewer Gameface. Watch to find out who came out on top in these close matchups. Seriously, there was some tight finishes in these games, so enjoy them.

“MAN vs. Fox – Strikers Edition” – View Highlight Here

After a few sets with Gameface, Man takes on his next opponent, Fox. The two duked it out several times throughout the night, but here is the first matchup of theirs for your viewing enjoyment. It was the closest matchup in their series of games, and by far the most interesting. Enjoy.

“Connection Lost” – View Highlight Here

Man, who was deep in the middle of a hard fought soccer match, finds himself handed a beatdown by his wifi when his connection goes down. Enjoy the fun little reaction to the sudden end to this matchup.

I'm sensing that Man isn't all too thrilled with that result. Good of him to laugh it off though. It shows some character.

“Throwing the Game?” – View Highlight Here

Towards the end of the cast, a little side story began to unfold as Man began to take on the brother of MvG viewer Lincolnlogpoo, who claimed to be quite good at the game. In this particular highlight, their matchup goes into sudden death, where Man comes out the winner in a 1-0 game. However, it is later found out that the game was thrown by Poo’s brother. So what does Man think about that little announcement? Well, just watch the highlight and find out for yourself.

“He’s a Little Asshole” – View Highlight Here

It’s never good to be called out by Man, especially when it comes to the genre of Musicals. However, it is even worse when you are called out by Man and basically challenged to a fight. This highlight is how the saga of MAN vs. Brother came to its conclusion, which also wrapped up Monday’s edition of the MvG Cast. Enjoy this edition of Man Smack Talk.
