This contest is now complete. Thanks to everyone for participating! -Duff
It’s Pink Week at the MvG cast, and with Christmas around the corner this weekend, it is a good time to be giving away some goodies! This is the 2nd night in a game giveaway here exclusively on the site. Good luck!
Last night, I gave away a copy of Super Meat Boy to MvG viewer CaptainUrahara for winning the 1st ever MvG comment contest. Now, I have decided to do it once more, again choosing a game from Steam’s holiday deals to give to a lucky commenter! This is night 2. Tonight’s game of choice is Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, the 1st in a series that currently spans over 3 games. This game does a marvelous job of mixing RPG elements with simple puzzle mechanics. The best way to put it would be to imagine a game of Bejeweled, and then add in spells to spend your hard earned gems for, some gold gems to pay for equipment, some exp gems to move up in level, and some skills to kill your foes. Sounds complicated right? Not really — in fact, it can get quite addicting for both the hardcore and the casual gamers alike!
Okay, so because the price is very nice on this great game today (and I don’t want to feel too cheap on your asses), I will be giving away 2 copies of this game for this particular contest.
Here are the rules (For the record, you must follow these rules or you won’t be eligible to win. No exceptions, kay?):
–Make a profile here at manvsgame.tv/old (if you haven’t already). After all, you are going to want to anyway if you want to chat here and be part of the community!
–Leave a comment here on this thread. In your comment, you must do one of two things: 1) Leave your Steam name and then add me on Steam (DuffmanA is my account name). OR 2) Leave the e-mail address you would like me to send the game to (AKA the e-mail you use for your Steam account). That way I can send you the game regardless of if you are my friend on Steam or not.
–Post the comment by the deadline, which in this case will be Wednesday, December 22nd at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Anything later than that, and you won’t be in the drawing.
Remember, there will be two random winners drawn out from the pool of comments. Best of luck to all of you, and I hope to see ya out on the Puzzle Quest! Good luck!
